Data capturing; filing of credit related documents; telephone follow-up on default accounts and maintaining a healthy debtors’ ledger. Reconcile the general ledger. Maintain financial files and records. Meet deadlines and time management. Establish and maintain supplier accounts. Ensure data is entered into the system. Report any equipment breakdowns immediately to the practice manager. Record, date stamp and distribute all incoming and outgoing mails.
