Job Description

Introduction:
Itec SA has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator – in the Security division. The postion is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects in the Project Management Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Expected to deliver on all aspects of simultaneous project delivery related to Network and Security projects
Delegate duties to the Installation teams daily
Create and compile all project documentation required for the project delivery including health and safety files, project initiation, scope of work, project completion documents.
Create client files, sales quotes, and invoices on Microsoft BC 365
Ensure high quality project delivery using standard PM methodologies.
Ensures that all client needs are met and that client service level agreements are adhered to.
Coordinate and ensures that the project deliverables happens in a timely manner.
Ensures that regular and ongoing communication take place with all project stakeholders.
Ensures that all queries are handled in a professional and time sufficient manner.
Ensures that time lines on projects are met whilst delivering a high-quality service.
Demonstrates a sound knowledge of network and security solutions including but are not limited to:
CCTV products, software, access control, network and infrastructure, alarms.

Security solution
Directing all phases of any project within budget parameters and to agreed timelines.
Maintaining of the project’s strategic focus with frequent interaction with all internal and external stakeholders
Utilizing project methodologies and tools to agreed quality and standards.
Tracking project against the schedule, budget and milestones, reporting status to management and client on a regular basis as well as senior management as and when required.
Preparing client and management reports on a weekly basis. /
Providing frequent feedback on project status, risk, timelines and all relevant project coordination
Managing all project administration.
Taking accountability for project deliverables, milestones, communication and quality.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Essential qualifications

Matric or equivalent diploma
Certification in Scrum, Prince2, Agile, PMBOK, CAPM
Accredited Project Management Qualification

Essential experience
2-3 years proven track record working in the related field of physical security installations
Must have a record of working on multiple projects at a time
Experience working on MS Office Suite
Service and supportive experience
