I have Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Informatics and Business Administration NQF Level 4, I primarily majored in Information Systems in my studies and my secondary majors were business administration and accounting. I have limited experience in administrative functions and data analysis. I am eager to learn and expand my knowledge and experience.

Work & Experience
Roles: (Administrative Functions). Assisting with academic enrolment planning based on historical enrolment and enrolment planning data. Admin work on gathering information relating to colleges’ workload allocation models for their employees. Drafting of annual cost reduction, containment, and optimisation plan within the department based on historical budgets. Digitalisation of Strategy and Planning Directorate projects.
Roles : (Administrative Functions). Data analysis, extracting MS Excel row reports from different systems and analysing them using Power PI and MS Excel for management. Processing invoices from service providers and suppliers using MDA, MRI, and QuicklySign. Assisting in creating quotations using MDA Property Management System and MRI for IT services and equipment we got from our different IT service providers and suppliers. Assisting in creating purchase orders (PO) using MDA Property Management System and MRI for IT services and equipment we had to procure from different IT service providers and suppliers. Managing suppliers’ payment queries with Accounts Payable. Maintaining invoices tracker for payments to suppliers. Assisting with user support, however I did not focus on that, this function was outsourced to BCX, and their technicians were always on- site to provide that support. Assisting with ad hoc tasks from time to time.
