*Answering telephone and direct the calls to the relevant extension *Making travels and meetings arrangement *Maintain appropriate filling *Preparing Reports *Preparing drinks to our visitor and maintain boardroom *Doing quotations and creating purchasing orders for our Engineering work tools *Buying stationery, kitchen stuff and manage petty cash * help our accountant with scanning Tax invoices slip and/or relevant document for Tax returns purposes.
*Processing orders via email and phone *Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices *Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries *Liaise with the Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries *Maintain and update sales and customer records *Develop monthly sales reports *Communicate important feedback from customers internally *Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations *Stay up-to-date with new products and features
