I hold a Diploma in Computer and Business Administration, a Technical Support NQF Level 4, a Systems Support Technician Qualification and a Certificate in Project Management. I am an Ambassador with 7 years’ experience in supporting and training staff with applications that are launched by the company.


I am well versed in interacting with clients telephonically from different backgrounds and introducing new Vodacom products and services. My core competencies include sales and marketing, customer service, project management, systems support, business administration and data management.


I am self-motivated and committed to achieving deliverables. My personal skills include having strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines. I also have the ability to manage my time wisely and to work efficiently as part of a team or individually. My skills also include having the ability to pay close attention to details, locate potential problems and find solutions for any issues that do arise.
